Doa For Lailatul Qadar

which translates to, “O’Allah I ask of pardon and protection/defense in my deen (religion) and my dunya (my life);of my family and of my wealth.”

Barakah Allahu feek for the reminder.
This is the famous doa to be made while seeking laylatul qadr. Remember, this was given by the Prophet [SAWS] to the most beloved of all people to him–Aisha [RA]. So that makes the dua extra special. Some other things that make this doa special:

•‘afoo (root: ain fa wow) means to wipe away without a trace
•Al-’Afuw is one of the majestic names of Allah.

Doa After Waking Up

(Segala puji hanyalah kepunyaan Allah yang telah menghidupkan kami sesudah mematikan kami, dan KepadaNya kami akan dikumpulkan)

Revive a Sunnah:Recitation After Waking Up

One of the most beautiful set of verses in the Qur’an are the last 10 verses of Surah Al-Imran:3. In these verses, Allah ta’ala discusses the qualities of Ulul Albaab, the people who possess understanding. It is also a sunnah of the Prophet [SAWS] to recite these verses when he would wake up from his sleep.

Ibn Abbas radi Allahu anhu narrates:

One night I stayed overnight in the house of my aunt Maymoonah, and said to myself, “I will watch the prayer of Allah’s Apostle.” My aunt placed a cushion for Allah’s Apostle and he slept on it in its length-wise direction and woke-up rubbing the traces of sleep off his face and then he recited the last ten verses of Surah Al-Imran till he finished it. Then he went to a hanging water skin and took it, performed the ablution and then stood up to offer the prayer.
